Formazione A&I: corso di Inglese per il lavoro
80 ore di formazione, a partire da fine febbraio 2020.
Il corso è orientato a migliorare il livello di padronanza della lingua inglese per utilizzarla in ambito lavorativo e commerciale.
Il corso è GRATUITO per cittadini residenti o domiciliati in Lombardia e che accedono al finanziamento Dote Unica Lavoro, in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
- inoccupati o disoccupati da oltre 4 mesi, in possesso di DID
- età compresa tra i 30 e i 64 anni.
80 ore, 20 lezioni, così suddivise.
GROUP A: SKILLS AT WORKPLACE (for interview) abilità per intervista di lavoro
- 1a: previous work experience and education (strong skills)
- 2a: multitasking, problem solver, organised mindset, communicative (soft skills)
- 3a: further objectives (ambitions)
- 4a: weaknesses
- 5a: challanges
GROUP B: PRESENTATIONS (at work) presentazioni
- 1b: general introduction of presenting oneself
- 2b: general introduction of the business involved
- 3b: general formal questions and spelling
- 4b: take leave (congedarsi)
- 5b: some general grammar and vocabulary at work
GROUP C: BOOKING (at work: hotel, restaurant, as PA) prenotazioni
- 1c: saying time and date
- 2c: saying currencies
- 3c: general counting (numbers, percentage and fractions)
- 4c: Q&A
- 5c: role play in class
GROUP D: PHONE APPROACH al telefono
- 1d: how to answer the phone
- 2d: ask who is on the phone/ask for the need
- 3d: connect to someone else/ask to leave a message
- 4d: spelling, persuading & convincing
- 5d: managing complaints.
